The Friends PPG enables the Partners at the Health Centre to gain the views of patients to enable the practice to obtain feedback from the practice population, to agree areas of priority and collate patient’s views on improving the service provided.

The Friends PPG is about communication between patients and Partners, it is a two way sharing of ideas and information to enable the partners to provide the best possible service they can with the resources and demands that they have for all users of The Health Centre. It will never be a perfect system but it is a work in progress.
