In order to improve access to our GPs and reduce pressure on our telephone lines, the way to request appointments is via a system we use called Klinik access.

  • We aim to respond to each enquiry either with an appointment for further review, or with a direct answer within 2 working days, and will be prioritising clinically urgent requests.
  • ALL requests for GP appointments will be triaged by a GP and appointments booked according to clinical need.  Patients can request an appointment directly with the GP by completing the online triage form.
  • At times of high demand or staff shortage it may be necessary to close the form temporarily to allow the GPs to keep on top of the incoming workload.  If the form is disabled between the operational hours and you require urgent medical attention, please contact the surgery by phone.
  • We ask that all patients who have access to the internet avoid the phone lines and request appointments using the online form.
