Please telephone the surgery from 8.30am to book an appointment.  We offer a combination of pre-bookable and on the day GP appointments.

Alternatively when phone lines are busy, you could try our Online consultation service.

In an emergency then please dial 999 and ask for an ambulance.

Urgent and routine appointments can be by telephone or face to face and you can request whichever you feel is more appropriate. If you are unsure then talk to the reception staff who will guide you. They will ask you some questions and will help to direct you to the most appropriate type of appointment. Appointments can be with the doctors, nurse practitioner, minor illness clinic or pharmacist. Please remember that an appointment is usually to discuss a single matter and if you have a lot of problems then please request a double appointment.

Telephone appointments are not always at a specific time and the clinical team will return your call when they have time that day. Please let us know what number to call you on, and any times that you are not available. On occasions however, you may be given a specific time for the telephone consultation and the reception team will inform you if this is the case.

You can also use our Online Consultation service where you can request treatment and advice from our GPs at a time that is convenient to you, we will get back to you by 6.30pm the following working day and you may not even have to come into the surgery.

Minor Illness Clinics

Our minor illness clinics are run by specially trained nurses who are able to treat a number of common acute illnesses such as conjunctivitis, sore throats, rashes and chest infections.

If you require urgent medical attention and there are no appointments available you will be able to speak to our Duty Doctoe who will assess your condition over the telephone and book you an emergency slot in surgery if necessary. We will always fit in urgent cases but please try and contact us as soon as possible.

Nurse and Health Care Assistant Appointments

These are all available to pre-book in advance.
