The Friends PPG enables the Partners at the Health Centre to gain the views of patients to enable the practice to obtain feedback from the practice population, to agree areas of priority and collate patient’s views on improving the service provided.

The Friends PPG is about communication between patients and Partners, it is a two way sharing of ideas and information to enable the partners to provide the best possible service they can with the resources and demands that they have for all users of The Health Centre. It will never be a perfect system but it is a work in progress.

If you are interested in joining The Friends of Newquay Health Centre Participation Group please ask for at form at reception and we will contact you with more information about the group.


 COFFEE MORNING SATURDAY 13TH APRIL RAISE £168.56. A big thank you to everyone who helped organise and run the coffee morning and to everyone who came along and bought cakes etc. A special thankyou to those of you who donated money. The friends are currently saving for Blood Pressure machines and Minor Op equipment as well as the planters for outside reception.

The Friends will be holding coffee mornings and attending lots of different venues around Newquay over the coming year and would be grateful for any help you can give. If you would like to join the friends please fill out the form and hand in to reception.

If you would like to donate any items for the raffle, bric-a-brac or books to The Friends of Newquay Health Centre please hand into Reception.

If you would like to join The Friends of Newquay Health Centre Patient Participation Group please come along to the next meeting Wednesday 1st MAY 2019 at 7pm in the waiting room.

The friends are now saving to build new planters outside the front door. this project is being overseen by Newquay Orchard who have kindly agreed to build the pots and decide which plants to use. If you would like more information on Newquay Orchard please click the link below.
